Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender yet still crisp.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok, add cubed tofu to the empty space. Cook until tofu is golden and slightly crispy.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the vegetables and tofu in the wok.

  7. Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
