  • 1 packet of dry vegetable soup mix

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Hollow out the bread loaf, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, vegetable soup mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Fill the hollowed-out bread loaf with the spinach dip mixture.
  4. Wrap the filled bread loaf in aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the bread is crispy.
  6. Unwrap and serve immediately. You can also use the torn-out bread pieces for dipping.
